 Careers Guidance starts in the Shell and Fifth Forms, when pupils sit the 'Morrisby Test', results of which are used for discussion of future career planning and subject choice. Central to this is the Head of Careers Guidance, Mrs Prini-Garcia. They also attend a Careers Fair.
In the Sixth Form, there are weekly lessons as part of the General Studies Course. More detailed interviews take place with Guidance Staff, to support application for the next steps after school, which for virtually all means some form of further education.
Many boys choose to take 'Gap' Years on leaving school.
