I am writing to invite you to the Rugby Supporters’ Lunch taking place this term at Merchiston on Saturday 29 November before the match against Fettes.
The lunch will be in the Old Library starting at 12.30 pm; dress is casual. The cost is £11.50 per person which has unfortunately had to increase slightly but there is no charge for children under 9; wine is extra. So come along with friends and relatives and enjoy an informal lunch, we will be delighted to see you.
In order to make the necessary catering arrangements, it would be much appreciated if you could complete the attached form and return it to School as soon as possible but in any case, no later than the Thursday prior to the lunch you wish to attend.
