Merchiston has been in the national press a lot recently, on a variety of topics! Firstly, the Scotsman reported on our boys, and those of other independent schools, reaching out to help in the community. This article included details of our exciting charity partnership with Place2Be.
Next, the East Lothian Courier reported on our record numbers, while The Sunday Times included our thoughts on single-sex education - even if they did get the Headmaster's name wrong! The Daily Record wrote about our teaching of Mandarin, to tie in with a story about the new Confucius Institute in Edinburgh. Readers of Scottish Field may also have noted some photos from the Fiji Millenium Project fundraising evening, in the October magazine, out now!
The weekly news page has a link to Merchiston in the press if you want to keep up with these and other stories as they happen!
