'Boys, brains and toxic lessons' was the headline for a story in The Times today reporting on the fact that American psychologist, Dr Leonard Sax, says boys and girls should be educated in separate classes because their brains are 'hard-wired' to learn in different ways. Of course, at Merchiston we already know this - our webpage on the benefits of boys only shows our thoughts on the matter!
The Telegraph and other papers also covered the story.

We are delighted that Dr Leonard Sax will be visiting Merchiston on Wednesday 30 January, and all are welcome to attend an evening seminar from 6 - 7.30 p.m. in the School's Memorial Hall.
