Evans is the Boarding House for boys in the Upper Sixth Form. This house is smaller than the other houses, due to the fact that many members of the Upper Sixth are prefects, and are therefore resident in the boarding houses for younger boys.
Ethos
Work hard and be organised - there is a great deal to be done in this final year and much is expected of the senior student. Class time, study periods and prep time all offer ample opportunities to make effective progress in the academic program.

Enjoy - the social life of the house is very important, both informal times of relaxation and the organised social events, many with various girls' schools. The student body is greatly encouraged to plan and organise events.

Transition - this is the transition year from school to university, gap year or the work place. As far as possible our senior students are treated as young men and given the opportunity to make their mark as maturing adults.
