In the A Level subjects, 53% gained A grades, with 78% of results at A and B grade. This meant that 87% of pupils attained their first choice of University and 96% attained their first or second choice. 5 pupils have attained places at Oxford or Cambridge University.
In the GCSE results a 97% passrate was achieved for the second year in a row. 53% of results were A* and A grades and 7 pupils gained an outstanding 10 GCSE passes at A* and A grade. For more detailed results, please see our history of Public Examination Results updated to include the 2005 results.
