We played in front of 15,000 on Jersey, for the Battle of the Flowers parade and we led the cavalcades on Alderney and Sark for their festivals.
We have already had invitations to return and wherever we went received a very warm reception - especially on Jersey when we attended an excellent reception laid on for us by local Merchistonians.

The Pipe Band Tour to the Channel Islands lasted 10 days and covered 5 islands. The Band consisted of boys of all ages - from Pringle through to boys about to embark on their last year at School. There were 15 boys in total and we started on Guernsey with a variety of venues including a church, a pub, a castle and a lighthouse! The weather was glorious throughout, particularly on Hern and Sark.
Time was found to swim in the sea, go harbour diving, visit Gerald Durrell's zoo on Jersey and cycle over most parts of Sark.
