Acting Housemaster of Rogerson West
 Robin Macpherson is looking after Rogerson West for the Summer Term of 2008 following the departure to Dubai in April of Robin Silk. This is the second time Robin has stepped in to fill the Housemaster's post, the last occasion being for the term before Robin Silk took over the House.
Robin is a graduate in History of St Edmund Hall, Oxford. He, too, will be heading to Dubai at the end of the Summer Term, when the current House structure will change with the impending opening of the new Sixth Form House. The Housemaster taking over the role from September will be Mr Rupert Heathcote, currently our Head of Geography.

Housemaster of Evans
 Alex Anderson is now running Evans for the second time in his Merchiston career, having previously been its Housemaster for 6 years until 2002. A theologian by training, he is a member of the School's Chaplaincy team and teaches Religious Studies. He is also in charge of Community Service, and coordinates our programme of charitable giving.
