Booking

If you would like to book a place(s) for your child(ren) at any of the Holiday Activity Programmes the School is running, please download the registration form for the relevant programme below (PDF format).

Once completed, please return with a cheque for the total amount (made payable to Merchiston Castle School) to Holiday Programmes, Merchiston Castle School, Colinton Road, Edinburgh, EH13 0PU. Details of the cost of each programme can be found on the registration form.

Your booking will be confirmed by email once we receive both your application and payment. Please note that cancellations received less than one month prior to the start of the programme will be liable to a 50% charge of the total cost of your place if we are not able to fill it before the start of the course.
