Costs and Booking Conditions

Rugby five-day residential programme - £350 per child.

Non-residential five day camp - £300 per child.

A £50 deposit is required to hold your booking and payment of the residual balance MUST be made four weeks before the programme commences.

• However, any booking made after 1 July will require FULL payment on booking.
• If there is a waiting list for places and cancellation occurs, then full repayment will be made minus the £50 deposit fee.
• If, however, no replacement can be made the following conditions will apply: Cancellations received less than one month before the start of the programme will be liable for the total cost of your place(s).

Please make cheques payable to 'Merchiston Castle School' and send along with a completed booking form to Summer Rugby Camp, Merchiston Castle School, Colinton Road, Edinburgh, EH13 0PU.

Your booking will be confirmed by email once we receive your booking form and cheque.
