Junior Activities

boys on raftA host of other sports are available through our Junior Activities Programme, which runs on Tuesdays and Fridays in the Autumn and Lent Terms and on Wednesdays in the Summer Term. Options available normally include: skiing, judo, fencing, badminton, squash, fives, hockey, fishing, mountain-biking, tennis, cross-country running, golf, curling, football, octopush and table tennis. The Third Form can also opt for air rifle shooting on a Monday evening. Boys wishing to opt for a non-sporting activity can normally choose from: cooking, drama, IT, art, design technology, science club, magic, and model-making. We also run a course on bike maintenance and road safety, and have a programme of visiting authors to the school library.
