Registering with Merchiston

We recommend that prior to Registration you get in touch with the School and arrange a visit to discuss your son's application, or alternatively to speak to our Admissions Department.

But if you would like to register your son immediately for entrance to the School, please download a copy of our Registration Form here and return it together with the Registration Fee of £100 (cheques payable to 'Merchiston Castle School') and a copy of your son's birth certificate to the Admissions Department. (For international students a passport copy is required).

We regret that places cannot be reserved without payment of the fee, and the School cannot guarantee places until a formal offer is made after assessment.
