Curriculum and Enrichment

Our senior school offers a broad and flexible academic curriculum, spanning the Middle Years (Third Form/S1 – Fifth Form/S4) and Sixth Form (Lower Sixth/S5 – Upper Sixth/S6). Teaching is delivered primarily through GCSEs and A Levels, with the option to study selected Scottish qualifications, allowing students to follow a pathway that best suits their strengths and future ambitions.

Academic life extends well beyond the classroom. Our established Saturday Electives programme forms a core part of the week, giving students the opportunity to explore new interests, develop transferable skills and deepen their intellectual curiosity. This breadth ensures a well-rounded education, preparing students not only for examinations, but for the opportunities and challenges that follow.
