Merchiston Sport Experience Days

We would like to invite you to our Merchiston Sport Experience Days.

Attendees should also be prepared to attend a further Sports Open Day at Merchiston Castle School in Autumn 2022.

Cricket:

12pm - 8.30pm, Wednesday 8 June 2022

We would like to welcome boys aged 12 - 15 years to our cricket experience day at Durham County Cricket Club. We will enjoy a training session run by Durham Cricket and our Director of Sport and Head of Cricket, Rory McCann. Meet Merchistonians and current Durham cricketers Tom Mackintosh and Jamie Crawley, followed by a T20 Vitality Blast match at The Riverside.

Rugby:

6 - 8pm, Wednesday 8 June 2022

Come along to a rugby coaching clinic with our Director of Rugby, Roddy Deans. The event will take place at Alnwick Rugby Football Club and is aimed at boys aged 12 - 15.

Golf:

1.30 - 6pm, Saturday 11 June 2022

Meet our Director of Golf, Alan Murdoch, at Goswick Golf Club and discover more about our Golf Academy. After refreshments, we will enjoy two hours of coaching, followed by an optional 9-hole round of golf from 4pm.
