The Junior Hockey Programme continues to thrive, with this season producing some fantastic results. Many of the boys are first introduced to hockey in J4, where they have the opportunity to engage in and develop necessary skills before progressing onto competitive and exciting gameplay. Weekly training sessions provide a stimulating, safe and happy environment for the boys to perform while fostering sportsmanship, creativity and trust, with an element of challenge. Boys inspire one another to champion these close skills and match techniques during weekly fixtures, where recently they have enjoyed great successes. The boys have the opportunity to enthusiastically compete in local matches as well as triangular tournaments and sevens. Our Junior Hockey Programme aims to encourage the boys to achieve their full potential, developing their sporting skills as well as their off-pitch individual qualities of compassion and empathy.
We look forward to seeing their hockey careers grow as they progress through the school.
