    On Friday 22 February, J4 and J5 visited the Dining Hall to take part in a Ready Steady Cook contest. Chef quizzed the boys first about how bread was made and the ingredients required. He talked about the wide variety of breads made each day for the boys to choose at meal times.

    The boys were given a selection of typical sandwich ingredients and a choice of breads and rolls. Their task was to create delicious sandwiches and present them beautifully for judging. Chef remarked on their super teamwork and creativity. The best part was when the boys could taste their own sandwiches, all declaring they had had a lot of fun together.
