Golf
Your son can access the excellent local practice facilities throughout the year during activity times.
In the Summer Term he can opt to take golf on three afternoons and can access the first class golf facilities at our partner club, Swanston Golf Club , on two of them. The golf team plays regular school fixtures.
In 2011 Merchiston launched its own Golf Academy, which aims to replicate the success the School has had in tennis. Given that Scotland is the Home of Golf, the access to great courses, excellent coaching and facilities makes this an exciting venture for Merchiston. Over the weekend, Harry M (II Form) won the Junior School Golf match play final at Turnberry.

Last Friday we hosted our annual Sportsman's Dinner to celebrate Merchiston's sporting successes in 2022-23.
