Thanks to the work and commitment of our Sustainability Committee, Merchiston has been awarded the Eco-Schools Green Flag Award!
We had the pleasure of welcoming to school from California children's author, illustrator and photographer, Louise Wannier.
Our Forest Nursery pupils visited our Design & Technology department in the Senior School this week. Under the watchful eyes of the Sixth Form boys and Mrs Chapman (Faculty Head of Technology & Expressive Arts), the pupils had the opportunity to help make some new wooden signs for the Forest. They also got to see a 3D printer as well as make some cool cardboard planes.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who attended our Open Morning on Saturday 28th September. It was a pleasure to welcome many families and prospective pupils to our campus.
We are delighted to announce that our nursery & Junior School (P1-P3), The Forest has opened its doors to boys and girls on Merchiston's 100 acre campus.
